The deeper yet gentle roasting results in a wonderful, complex espresso coffee with low acidity and a beautiful, dense crema.

The beans all come from certified organic farming. The pulp of the coffee cherries is composted and returned to the plants as fertilizer. Members of the cooperatives receive favorable loans for their investments and access to scholarships for their children's education.
