En 2001, Walter viaj\u00f3 a Cuba para involucrarse en el comercio conPara hacer que el tabaco sea inteligente. Labrar<\/span>Pase\u00f3 por plantaciones de tabaco, fum\u00f3 puros gruesos y emprendi\u00f3 el vuelo a casa.Tambi\u00e9n un desv\u00edo v\u00eda Brasil.<\/span><\/p>

Y ! \u2013 De repente se top\u00f3 por casualidad con una plantaci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9, que... Al menos tan interesante como los campos de tabaco \ud83d\ude0a<\/span><\/p>

El virus del caf\u00e9 salt\u00f3 a su lengua, coraz\u00f3n y cabeza.\u00a0Con esta infecci\u00f3n regres\u00f3 a la \u201cbuena vieja\u201d Austria y se sorprendi\u00f3,<\/span>\u00a1Qu\u00e9 poco papel jug\u00f3 aqu\u00ed el caf\u00e9 de alta calidad!<\/span><\/p>

El Italia Amore, que Walter siempre compart\u00eda con su Silvie, fue un paso m\u00e1s hacia el perfeccionamiento de su amor por el caf\u00e9. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el caf\u00e9 en la primera estaci\u00f3n de la autopista siempre fue mejor que el m\u00edo?<\/span>\u00bfEn buena Austria?<\/span><\/p>

La respuesta pronto se encontr\u00f3:\u00a0 Las visitas a tostadur\u00edas tradicionales e innumerables cafeter\u00edas italianas nos ense\u00f1aron lo que (casi) todo el mundo sabe hoy: un tostado delicioso, la molienda adecuada, la mejor m\u00e1quina de portafiltro y la preparaci\u00f3n correcta realizada por baristas capacitados.<\/span><\/p>

Los siguientes viajes fueron a Hamburgo y Trieste. All\u00ed, los comerciantes de caf\u00e9 verde nos inspiraron con sus conocimientos y nos llevaron con asombro a la <\/span>Variedad de variedades de caf\u00e9 verde.<\/span><\/p>

En 2002, cuando regresaron a Neumarkt, compraron un tostador usado y Walter comenz\u00f3 a trabajar.\u00a0<\/span>Fuimos los emprendedores de la industria del tostado; en otras palabras, los primeros en la escena actual de los \u201cpeque\u00f1os tostadores\u201d.<\/span><\/p>
