Perfect Espresso:

  • 6.5 – 8.5 grams of freshly ground Cult Caffè
  • Compress portafilter with approx. 20 kg of pressure
  • 9-10 bar pressure from machine
  • 86-90 degrees water temperature
  • 20-30 seconds of extraction time


Not every Bordeaux means top red wine 100% Arabica don’t always guarantee top quality
